BA Cast Iron Shallow Round Pot 30cm, Red

Bon Appetit Cast Iron Shallow Round Pot 30cm, Red is a 30cm cast iron pot in red. Cast iron takes a while to warm through and then holds that heat, which is what makes it good for braising, frying and slow simmering. Cast iron should be dried thoroughly after washing. Weight and thickness are what separate cast iron from thinner pans, and they are why it is still the first choice for a dish that needs hours rather than minutes.
