BA Cast Iron Roaster 33 x 23 x 7cm, Red

Bon Appetit Cast Iron Roaster 33 x 23 x 7cm, Red is a 33 x 23 x 7cm cast iron roaster in red. The weight is the point: once hot it stays hot, so meat browns properly and a stew ticks over without catching. Cast iron should be dried thoroughly after washing. Weight and thickness are what separate cast iron from thinner pans, and they are why it is still the first choice for a dish that needs hours rather than minutes.
