BA Cast Iron Enamel Round Pot 24cm, Aqua Green

Bon Appetit Cast Iron Enamel Round Pot 24cm, Aqua Green is a 24cm enamelled cast iron pot in aqua green. Cast iron takes a while to warm through and then holds that heat, which is what makes it good for braising, frying and slow simmering. The enamel surface means no seasoning is needed and it wipes clean. Weight and thickness are what separate cast iron from thinner pans, and they are why it is still the first choice for a dish that needs hours rather than minutes.
