BA Non-Stick Iron Wok 28cm

Bon Appetit Non-Stick Iron Wok 28cm is a 28cm iron wok with a non-stick surface. The sloped sides let you keep food moving over high heat, which is what stir-frying needs, and the non-stick surface means vegetables and noodles release rather than stick. Iron warms quickly and is lighter to lift and toss than cast iron. Use wooden or silicone utensils and hand wash to keep the coating sound.
