Asimetria is made from high-quality steel with a PFAS-free non-stick coating and a textured base, and is rated to withstand oven temperatures up to 230°C. It is for oven use only, not the hob. Hand washing with non-abrasive products protects the coating. International Cookware guarantees it for ten years against manufacturing defects. The textured base helps baking release cleanly.
